Welcome to High Camp!

High Camp at Turtagrø is the world’s largest ski touring festival.

High Camp at Turtagrø is the world’s largest ski touring festival. This year’s festival goes off from 6th to 9th May 2010. At High Camp you can experience nice people, a friendly atmosphere, stunning summits, steep mountains, groovy rhythms and a lot of useful presentations, clinics and courses. This year High Camp is celebrating its 10th year anniversary, which of course is another reason to join the event.
At High Camp you are responsible for your own safety. During daytime you can trek your own tours, or meet up with the High Camp-guides on organized tours in the beautiful mountains that surrounds the camp at Turtagrø Lodge. There will be a small extra fee for attending the guided tours. The organized tours are both for beginners and experienced skiers and snowboarders.

After the skiing at daytime, you can enjoy the unique High Camp-atmosphere with music, mountain quiz, ski movies, hang around the open fire, check out the latest gear and ski touring equipment. At High Camp you can also listen to first class expedition speaches from Norwegian and International skiers and mountaineers.
